I can’t praise more for my instructor Gill, i am so lucky that eventually i found her after i have been other instructors somewhere else. She is kind, patient, professional and most importantly, i always have been happy and improved my driving during the learning time with her. Gill turned me into a different driving, safe, focused, good driver (my husband said). I passed my driving test for the first time. I had previous lessons in the past with a different driving school dand my ex-instructor was unprofessional and uninterested in teaching me. It left me intimidated by driving and I had no desire to start again. My partner booked me a few lessons with Gill to get me learning again and I never looked back. Her techniques are in-depth and she covers everything until 100% confidence and accuracy is achieved. As a very nervous person behind the wheel and having had a very impatient driving instructor many years before, I wasn’t looking forward to learning to drive. But as it was essential for work I thought I’d give it a go with Gillian. And I’m so glad I did! She was really lovely with me – she understood how I was feeling and went at my pace. She was always encouraging and even saw positives in my mistakes. I am so grateful to her that I passed first time and gave me confidence that I didn’t realise I had. Gillian was very helpful and thorough with my driving lessons. I passed my driving test first time thanks to the patience of Gillian. She was always very flexible with lessons and was always happy to help. She was very supportive and I wasn’t worried about asking questions or for help with things I was finding difficult. She always took time to go over things that I was finding difficult, and this helped build my confidence especially towards the time of my test. Thank you so much to b-smart ! I was in my 40’s when i decided I wanted to drive. My son Matthew passed his test first time with B-SMART so I decided to take my driving lessons with them. Gillian was understanding and patient. It took some time but Gillian said ‘i was ready for my test ‘to think i was frightend to even sit in a car , I couldn’t believe it I passed first time! My son John started to take his lessons with Gillian and guess what he passed first time! Gillian listened,and took time to explain. She is a good instructor and worked hard to get me through my test . Thank you from all three of us and now my youngest son is ready to start his driving lessons. Well done B-SMART. – Michelle

As somebody who tried a different driving school before it was refreshing to meet a patient and thorough instructor like Gillian at B-SMART. Gillian was flexible with lesson times as I work shifts and was always punctual.I went through my test first time around which is undoubtedly due to the competent, calming and encouraging teaching skills offered by Gillian.- Liz

I was very nervous about being on the roads when I first started my lessons with B-Smart. I found Gillian to be very patient and although pushed me to progress, she never pushed me further than I was ready for. Always on time and great about organising lessons to suit you. Everything was always explained very clearly and I was never afraid to ask further questions than were probably needed, as she is very friendly. I felt instantly relaxed getting into the car for my lessons and even took Gillian with me for my test because of this. She is a great instructor and I would recommend lessons with her to anyone. In fact my sisters starting with her this week.- Lyndsay
